TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The congress is held within the scope of Blue Ocean Medical, Lda, based in:
Blue Ocean Medical, Lda.

Registration policy:
- Nurses, doctors, undergraduate nursing students and medical undergraduate students can be enrolled in the congress without exceptions.
- At the time of registration, information is requested to validate compliance with the criteria mentioned above. 
- Registration in the congress depends on the validation of data sharing authorization, to the entities issuing the accreditation certificates (Portuguese Nursing Association  and European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education - EACCME)

Certificates:
- The issuance of certificates will occur automatically at the end of the congress, after completing a feedback evaluation of the event
- Certificates will be sent automatically to the e-mail provided by the congressman at the time of registration.
- Certificate issuance is only valid for presence in person on the two days of the congress, confirmed by QRCode at the beginning of each day of the congress.
- Certificate issuance is only valid for identifications that are coincident with the registration data and an attendance of at least 85% of the event total time.
- Course certificates will be issued in accordance with ocean medical's terms and conditions, which can be consulted at https://www.ocean-medical.com/pt/termos-e-condicoes .
- The issuance of certificate of participation and classification in posters and contests, will take place in the days following the Congress, and in accordance with the described in the respective regulations.

Crediting:
- A congress accreditation application process for the award of Personal Development Credits (CDP's) by The OE and Continuing Medical Education (CME's) by EACCME as been made.
- The application applies only to in person event and requires the validation of presence (by QRCode) on the two days of the congress.
 - The issuance of CDP's and CME's will take place later, after sending the information to the entities responsible for the organization of the congress, and it is the responsibility of the accreditation entities.

 Return policy and Refunds:
- Cancelation request of the congress registration, must be applied through the congress email, attaching the proof of payment, the number of the purchase order and the date of registration.
- Cancellation of registration can only be made up to 14 days after registration (validated with payment).
- Registrations made after March 31 will not be refunded.
- The cancellation policy with refund does not apply to registrations made with category error, lack of documentation or any other information error.
- Registration is non-transferable.
IMPORTANT:
- Cancellation requests can only be made by the registered congressman.
- The refund will be made directly to the congressman's checking account.
- The period of realization of reimbursement is up to ten days after confirmation by the organization.

Courses:
- Enrollment in the courses requires registration at the congress.
- Some of the courses are exclusively held peri-congress so neither the organization of the congress nor Ocean Medical ensures the possibility of subsequent realization in case of no-show.

- Registration is limited to the number of vacancies of each course
- Registration is valid after payment.
- The ratio between trainer/trainee is 1/6 to 1/4 depending on the courses, and the information is available in the brochure of the courses themselves.
- For the courses to occur, it is necessary a minimum number of trainees, defined in each course. 
- Only in cases where the course is not carried out due to insufficient number of trainees or due to the direct responsibility of the Organization of Congress or Ocean Medical, a full refund can be obtained or transfer of registration to alternative date (if course to be repeated).
- It is not possible to cancel the registration in the course (if for reasons attributable to the trainee) and get a refund of the same.
- The certificate and invoice will be issued exactly according to the data entered. Any request for further change is subject to delay and a fee of 5€.
- Any subsequent order for new certificate will cost 10€.

Payment methods:
The following payment methods are available: 
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard); 
b) ATM billing;
c) MB Way;



In the case of payment by credit card, the debit will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation of the ability to provide the service. If any of the services ordered cannot be provided, the respective value will be credited to the User's card after the order has been closed.
